Babar Azam is a Pakistani International cricketer and captain in all formats for Pakistan. He plays for Central Punjab in domestic cricket and Karachi Kings in PSL. He is ranked as the number 1 batter in T20Is and ODIs and the number 3 in Tests.

He was born on 15 October 1994 in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. His father's name is Azam Siddiqui. He is the Cousin of Kamran, Umar, and Adnan Akmal. He did his schooling at The Lords International School. He had been a ball boy in Gaddafi Stadium.

Babar Azam's International Career

After his remarkable performance in domestic cricket, he made his debut in T20I cricket on 7 September 2022 against England. He made his ODI debut in the third ODI on 31 May and scored an impressive fifty against Zimbabwe and his test debut on 13 October 2016 against West Indies.
