T20 World Cup 2022: Bangladesh VS Zimbabwe - Match predictions and tips

    Zimbabwe has qualified for the T20 World Cup for the first time since 2016 and is keen to put forth its performance to make up for the lost time, having won three of its four matches.

    Zimbabwe will be coming into the match after surprisingly beating Pakistan by one run in their last ICC T20 World Cup match on October 27. While Zimbabwe is at the top of its form, Bangladesh has struggled with their T20I clashes.

    It will be the first clash between Bangladesh and Zimbabwe at the ICC T20 World Cup. However, they have previously faced each other in 19 T20I matches. Bangladesh emerged victorious on 12 occasions, while Zimbabwe won seven games.

     1. Sikandar Raza: An excellent all-rounder, capable of impressing with the ball or bat as needed. He was named the Player of the Match in the match against Pakistan.

     2. Sean Williams: Captain of Zimbabwe in Test cricket and an all-rounder batsman currently in good form.

    Bangladesh Players to watch 

    1. Shakib Al Hasan: He took 2/ 33 in his three overs spell in the clash against South Africa when the rest of the Bangladesh bowlers were struggling.

    2. Litton Das: He is a bright spot in an out-of-form batting line of Bangladesh

    Zimbabwe has momentum on their side and is the favourite to win the clash. However, Bangladesh will offer a tough fight, owing to its never-say-die attitude.
