Pro Kabaddi League: Haryana Steelers' comprehensive win against Patna Pirates 

    On Friday, the Haryana Steelers managed to edge out the Patna Pirates in a close 33-23 victory at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium. Meetu Sharma was the star of the show for the Pirates, scoring eight vital points for his team

    Sachin and Rohit Gulia also got on the scoresheet with a few points each as the Patna Pirates took an early 5-2 lead in the fifth minute. However, after that, Sachin caught Jaideep Dahiya and reduced the Haryana Steelers to just two players on the mat.

    Meetu Sharma made sure with a couple of attacks that the Haryana team stayed in the match at 5-7. The Haryana Steelers attacked Sachin and tied the score at 7-7 in the 11th minute.

    After that, the two teams kept exchanging points and were tied at 10-10 in the 17th minute. Manjeet and Meetu Sharma  scored attack points for the Haryana Steelers, while Rohit Gulia kept scoring attack points on the other side, making the score level at 12-12 at the end of the first half.

    Sajin C. tackled Meetu, and Rohit Gulia caught Manjeet in the opening minutes of the second half, allowing the Patna Pirates to take a 16-12 lead. However, the Haryana Steelers managed to take Gulia out in the 27th minute. Even though the Patna Pirates had the lead, the Haryana Steelers stayed in the game at 14-16.

    Meetu tried to even the score for the Haryana Steelers, but Mohammadreza Shadloui Chiyaneh tackled him to keep the Pirates in front 17-15.

    With only two minutes left, it was anyone's game to win. The Haryana Pirates were determined to maintain their lead and kept up their defence until the final whistle blew, resulting in a victory with a score of 17-15.

    But in the 33rd minute, Manjeet tied the game at 19-19 with SUPER RAID; moments later, the Haryana Steelers took the lead with an ALL OUT ( 23-21).

    Manjeet made sure with another multi-point raid that the Haryana team took a 25-21 lead in the 37th minute. The Haryana Steelers scored another all-out just before the final whistle and cruised to an emphatic victory.
