The captain, Naveen Kumar, has been making all efforts possible to make it to the knockout rounds; however, it is still being determined why the team keeps losing after showing a terrific performance in the beginning.

In a news conference following their 5th loss to Puneri Paltan, Naveen sounded helpless and upset and said, "Samajh nahi aa raha humein bhi, ho kaya Raha hai."

"We are not able to get the rhythm back we had at the start of the tournament. We are practising well, there is no pressure from the coach sir and everyone has a fresh mind. On the mat, I can't do everything. I am motivated enough and there is no pressure but still, the desired results are not coming," he added.

Both Naveen Kumar and the coach seemed helpless in the conference. The coach told the press that the captain has been doing everything single-handedly. Despite having five defenders in the team, Naveen is the only one making successful tackles, which is heartbreaking.

"He (Naveen Kumar) has three points while defending while our primary defenders are fighting to earn even one point," said the coach, Krishan Kumar.

The team has improved their form in the last few matches under their new coach, Ashan Kumar and has started winning.

The new coach, Ashan Kumar, drops a hint now that their star raider, Pawan Sehrawat, is likely to return in a few days. If he returns, the fans will finally be able to see the one player to ever go beyond the two Crores mark play.
