After that, he spent the fourth season with the Patna Pirates before joining the Gujarat Giants.

He earned a spot in the PKL for good after putting in outstanding performances in each of the seasons he played.

Another Iranian player who has earned a large fan base in India through the PKL is Hadi Oshtorak.

He played for a number of teams, including the Gujarat Giants and the Patna Pirates, for whom he set a career best in points: 48.

Abozar Mighani: Veteran of the league

Abozar Mighani, who is presently playing for the Bengal Warriors, has enthralled all Kabaddi fans with his brilliance and talent. In the fifth season, the Iranian international was a defender for Gujarat Fortunegiants.

Last season, he was a defender for the Patna Pirates and scored 16 tackle points in just five games.

Chiyaneh, in his inaugural season, was the first defender in the history of the Pro Kabaddi League to score ten High 5s in a single campaign. Surender Nada, who scored nine high 5s in a season for the Haryana Steelers in the fifth campaign, held the record for most high 5s in a season.

This superlative Iranian athlete appeared in 24 games in 2021, racking up a total of 94 tackle points and 10 high fives in his rookie campaign.

Chiyaneh has already become the most expensive overseas player this season, with a basic fee of 31 Lacs.

Patna Pirates advanced to the PKL finals thanks to his High 5 in the semi-finals. Despite the fact that Patna Pirates were defeated in the finals by Dabang Delhi, Chiyaneh was awarded the Best Defender of the Tournament title.

Chinayeh is projected to be retained by Patna Pirates in the 2022 auction as well, thanks to his outstanding performance in the PKL in 2021.
