Harry Kane, the Tottenham striker, has emerged as the "top priority" signing for incoming Paris Saint-Germain manager Luis Enrique this summer. </p>

Al-Khelaifi has reportedly engaged in discussions with Kane's representatives, with the club prepared to offer the forward a lucrative five-year contract worth approximately £260,000 per week. Furthermore, Kane's brother and agent, Charlie, have already held talks with Al-Khelaifi in the vibrant French capital. </p>

Kane's current deal with Tottenham is set to expire in a year, and Levy has made it abundantly clear that he will not sell to another Premier League club following interest from Manchester United. PSG are said to be willing to sweeten the deal by offering a player in return, with midfielder Fabian Ruiz potentially being part of the package. </p>

Tottenham's new coach, Ange Postecoglou, is actively seeking to strengthen the midfield, with Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg potentially joining Atletico Madrid.
