Football News: Manchester United approach Bayern Munich star

Moreover, Sadio Mane's arrival at Bayern Munich could increase Sane's chances of taking a transfer. Ten Hag's main summer target was Ajax winger Antony, but they couldn't afford him.

Interestingly, the Reds are looking for new attackers in the lineup. So their eyes are on Sane. If he moves to Anfield, he'll be a regular substitute this season, a decision approved by Klopp. 

Man Utd target Frenkie de Jong's future still uncertain?

Frenkie de Jong is still in Barcelona, and Manchester United's bid to land the player is under serious threat from Chelsea. The Blues are ready to match the Red Devils' offer of €85million that Barcelona greenlighted.

De Jong would prefer to stay in Barcelona, but the Catalans would slap a wage cut of around 50 per cent on him if he stays. 

Man Utd is relaxed about the outcome, but Chelsea would sabotage their attempts to sign him if he walks out of Barcelona. So the Red Devils need to find ways to gain an advantage over Chelsea.

However, Donny van de Beek could increase their chances as the player was a target for the Catalans even before he moved to Manchester United. The Red Devils might raise the midfielder in a swap deal as an add-on to the €85million they are willing to pay.

United has additionally set its eyes on Napoli midfielder Fabian Ruiz as an alternative to De Jong. Everton manager Frank Lampard wants to buy Rennes striker Serhou Guirassy, which could be purchased for £ 15 million. 

Bournemouth could sign Feyenoord centre-back Marcos Senesi while Dan-Axel Zagadou is on West Ham and Roma's radar. Red Bull Salzburg striker Benjamin Sesko will stay back in the Austrian club this season, shrugging off the interest from Chelsea and Manchester United.
