    Jamal Musiala. Jamal Musiala.

Bayern Munich CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen has stepped into the limelight to address the club's stance on two crucial figures, Jamal Musiala and Manuel Neuer.

Musiala, the 20-year-old attacking sensation, has recently found himself in the cross-hairs of Premier League giants Manchester City and Liverpool. The rumour mill has been abuzz, suggesting a possible move to the English shores.

However, Bayern Munich remain resolute – Musiala is not for sale. His current contract binds him to the Bavarian powerhouse until 2026. Dreesen left no room for ambiguity, affirming to Bayerischer Rundfunk, "Jamal is already a fantastic footballer. He has incredible qualities and so much potential to improve. We would do well to keep him for as long as possible."

The words of a club's CEO often echo the sentiments of the entire organization. In this case, Bayern's intent is as clear as daylight – Jamal Musiala is an indispensable asset with a promising future at the Allianz Arena.

However, the other end of the age spectrum is where the uncertainty looms. Manuel Neuer, the 37-year-old custodian, has been a stalwart for Bayern Munich, playing an instrumental role in their success. Yet, his contract is set to expire at the end of the season. Dreesen weighed in on the matter. After Neuer's triumphant return from injury in a scintillating 8-0 victory over Darmstadt this past weekend, the question arises: will the veteran keeper extend his stay?

Dreesen's response reflects the club's reverence for their meritorious players. He stated, "He's played one game now. I think we should let him play and then we will sit down calmly at the right time.

"Manuel has done unbelievable things for us, we owe him a lot, and we've shown in the past that we want to keep players with merit for as long as possible. Manuel is one of those players."

The fate of Neuer remains tantalizingly open-ended. As long as he continues to perform at the high standards Bayern demand, the door to a contract extension remains ajar.

Bayern Munich's CEO, Jan-Christian Dreesen, has unequivocally conveyed the club's stance on their burgeoning star, Jamal Musiala – he stays. Meanwhile, the future of their long-serving goalkeeper, Manuel Neuer, remains in the balance, awaiting his on-field exploits to seal his destiny.
