Gaimin Gladiators secure convincing win in Lima Major
Gaimin Gladiators secured the Dota 2 Lima Major after easing through the playoffs with an unbeaten 9-0 record.

The team from Western Europe came into South America's first ever Major as the second seed, after top seed Team Liquid.
Gladiators and Liquid lived up to expectations in the tournament as they finished top of their respective groups before setting up an upper bracket final clash.
An injury to Liquid's support player 'Boxi' resulted in their analyst 'Jabbz' stepping in, and GG took advantage of the weakness and stormed to a 2-0 victory.
The two teams met again in the Grand Final, after Liquid eliminated Talon, and Gladiators were once again too strong and lifted the Lima Major trophy after a 3-0 drubbing.
